General Terms and Conditions of boxgroup Marketing

§1 Scope of Application for Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed through our e-commerce online shops at www.boxengineering.de.

(2) In the case of a contract conclusion, the contract is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shops does not constitute a legally binding offer from us but is merely an invitation to the consumer to place an order. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) Upon receiving an order in our online shops, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the order process in our online shop.

The order process consists of the following steps:

Selection of desired goods
Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
Review of the items in the shopping cart
Clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button
Login to the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
Final review or correction of entered data
Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Place Order" or "Buy" button

Before submitting the order, the consumer can navigate back to the page where the customer details are entered to correct any input errors by using the "Back" button on their browser or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of contract text for orders placed through our online shops: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions via email. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at www.boxengineering.de. Your past orders can be viewed in the "My Account" section under "My Orders".

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition.

(2) The consumer can choose to pay via prepayment, PayPal, or credit card (Visa).

(3) If the consumer chooses prepayment, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will occur within 5 - 7 business days. The delivery period starts the day after payment order is issued to the bank (in case of prepayment) or the day after the contract is concluded (for other payment methods). If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the sold goods is transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the goods.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as outlined below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days, starting from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

via an unequivocal declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
